Crypto education built for real people.
Independent, unbiased guides for anyone who wants to understand crypto clearly before deciding if it is right for them.
Most crypto content has an agenda. It is written by exchanges that want you to sign up, influencers chasing referral fees, or promoters with a financial stake in what they are recommending. The information is often accurate enough to sound credible and but the framing is almost always designed to get you moving before you are ready.
OnlyCoin exists because that is not good enough.
To cut through crypto jargon and hype is a challenge. Seeing that ‘click’ of recognition in another person is why I do this.
This site was built by someone who came to crypto the long way. Not through hype or a friend’s hot tip, but through years of reading, questioning, and gradually piecing together how it all actually works. That process was sometimes frustrating. There was a lot of content that explained the surface without touching the substance, and a lot that skipped straight to “how to profit” without helping you understand what you were actually doing.
The goal with OnlyCoin is to be the resource that was missing: clear, honest, and genuinely useful for someone starting from zero.
Who is behind this
She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, which turns out to be surprisingly good preparation for understanding crypto. It is not purely a technical subject. It is an economic, political and philosophical one too, and thinking across those disciplines helps.
Her career has been in technology marketing and communications, where the job is always the same: take something genuinely complex and explain it in a way that makes sense to a real person. That is what this site does.
She is not a trader, a developer, or a crypto maximalist. She is someone who learned carefully, asked a lot of questions, and wants to share what she found useful along the way.
What OnlyCoin stands for
Editorial independence
Our content is not shaped by exchange partnerships, affiliate relationships, or sponsored posts. We cover crypto honestly, including its risks and limitations.
Beginners first, always
Every guide is written for someone starting from zero. We do not assume prior knowledge, and we do not skip the parts that feel awkward to explain.
Safety before speculation
We talk about risks honestly. Understanding scams, fees, volatility, and storage is not optional and it is the foundation. We cover it before we cover anything else.
Balanced perspective
Crypto is not all good or all bad. We present it as a tool with genuine uses and real limitations, and let you draw your own conclusions.
Global by design
Crypto works differently depending on where you live. Our guides are written to be useful to anyone, anywhere and not just readers in one country.
Important: Nothing on OnlyCoin is financial advice. We are an education resource, not an investment advisor. Crypto carries real risks, and whether it is right for you depends on your personal circumstances. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Why this matters
Financial systems have historically been complicated by design. The less people understand them, the easier it is to charge fees, obscure risks, and limit access to those with existing resources. Crypto was invented partly as a response to that and and whatever you think of how it has developed, the underlying idea that financial tools should be accessible and understandable to everyone is one worth taking seriously.
Education is how that promise becomes real. Not education that nudges you toward a particular decision, but education that gives you what you need to make your own.
That is what OnlyCoin is for.
